Top, smp and hyperthread

Hi all,

I have installed Fedora core 2 on a serveur with 2 xeon with hyperthread
capabilities (intel motherboard SE7501CW2).

When running top on Redhat advance server on similar server, I can see
multiple CPU instances.

But on fedora, only one cpu appears.

I believe fedora sees the 2 cpu since when I do "cat /proc/cpuinfo" I see
4 of them (2 +2 hypertread).

Is the top shipped with fedora different from redhat or does it mean
something else?

Thanks in advance,

Francois Meehan
