Unexpected inconsitencies in /boot after fresh install of FC3

Hi,

I am attempting to install FC3 on my Dell Poweredge 600SC machine. I
am aware of the megaraid driver problem, and have since taken that out
of my system. I set my 5 hard drives on the 3 available IDE ports.
In the install I opt for the automatic partition, and it sets a small
/boot and then a huge LVM spanning 5 drives. The install appears to
finish successfully. However, on reboot I get a kernel panic on
mounting the /boot partition. It states that /boot has unexpected
inconsistencies and that I need to run fsck on it. Running fsck on
the drive it seems that all the inodes are bad and it wants to remove
them all.

I'll like to open an issue on this but I would like some advice on
what information I can gather that can be helpful and possibly gather
some ideas to work around this problem.

Thanks,
Jed
