How are fedora kernels different from kernel.org vanilla kernels?

How are the rpm's made?

Thanks

Fedora kernel includes some patch that vanilla kernel hasn't.
The rpms are made from original tarball and a special file (called specfile) that includes all informations (dependencies, descriptions, patch ecc...): there's a program (called rpmbuild) that processes the specfile, patches the sources, compiles it and then builds the rpm.
