no, you can't sell the software, it's not yours to sell.  as has
already been mentioned, you can certainly charge for your
time/effort/blank CDs.

no.  charge whatever you want.  if you can find a buyer, good for you.
as long as you don't misrepresent the contents of the CDs, i don't see
any legal problem.
