For FC2 this should work

  yum install kernel-sourcecode

or

   up2date kernel-sourcecode

For FC3 it looks like the new magic will be.

   up2date --get-source kernel

Looking in my FC3test3 /var/spool/up2date dir I am reminded that
the header files of yum/up2date can help discover stuff.
