$  rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/share/doc/redhat-config-httpd/html/intro.html

  redhat-config-httpd-1.1.0-5

$ rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/share/doc/tux-3.2.18/tux/configuration.html

  tux-3.2.18-1

So try:

   up2date install redhat-config-httpd
   up2date install tux
