Subject: system-config bugs.
To: fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx

Now it seems that system-config-httpd does not store the changes I
made. Before I try to report it, is there somebody else seeing the
same behaviour?

temporary fix until they made it available in the new package is to go
to line 10
See <URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/>
change it to
<URL:http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/>

Seems that the python scripts are not treating the comments correctly
and are still trying to parse any xml tags found even if commented.

The link Alexander Dalloz posted before to you
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=128095

contained the solution.
