moxa cp-104ul compile error on FC1

Hi,Help me,please.
moxa cp-104ul compile error on FC1,used to add a  ext modem .see below.
 
cp mxser.tgz /faxdata;
cd /faxdata;
tar zxvf mxser.tgz;
cd mxser;
make clean;
make install;
....
