Ahh well, you need the linphone packages and libosip packages.
You can get them at <http://www.niemueller.de/projects/extrpms/packages.php?distro=fedora-2>

Furtermore, make sure to have speex-devel and pcre-devel installed.

Then compile the sources with
export CFLAGS="-I/usr/include/linphone -I/usr/include/osipua
	-I/usr/include/pcre"
./configure
make

If you should get a message about automake version mismatches, run
aclocal, followed by automake.

That should do the trick. However, this linphone thingy looks pretty bad
to me on the first glance. No documentation, no support, no nothing.
You might wanna take a look at different tools.
If you are only interested in the sipphone features, try linphone. If you
need the video and audio features for MSN, Yahoo or similar instant
messangers, try <http://gaim-vv.sf.net>.

This tools looks much better than linphone and probably does the same.

bye,
 andreas
