All of those packages are available on the install CDs.  Depending on
the options you used during install they  may already be installed on
your system.

Run 
rpm -qa |grep http
rpm -qa |grep php
rpm -qa |grep sql

This will tell you if those packages have been installed.

You can also check system-config-services to see if http and mysql are
listed and if they are enabled or not. 

Then you will need to get a book on each and study.
