In Red Hat Enterprise Linux it's configured using the 'piranha' tool,
and the package name is 'ipvsadm' IIRC. Neither appear to be in Fedora,
but if you grab the source tarballs from the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3
distribution and recompile there should be no problem using them.
