Sorry to hear it. Have you tried Kooka to see if it is finding your scanner? Is there a file called Epson:CC-570L.drc in your ~/.sane/xsane/ directory?

Edit the file "/etc/sane.d/epson.conf" as follows: add a line containing

usb

on its own. Alternatively, add a # at the beginning of this line:

scsi EPSON

and remove the # at the beginning of the line

#usb /dev/usb/scanner0

There's more info at http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Epson-Stylus_CX3200

Hi to all,

I've just buy an Epson CX3200 multifunction printer.
I choosed this one because linuxprinting.org say it's supported, the
same xsane.org.

Printing it's OK but i cannot use the scanner.

Here some message from console:

scanimage -L

No scanners were identified. If you were expecting something different,
check that the scanner is plugged in, turned on and detected by the
sane-find-scanner tool (if appropriate). Please read the documentation
which came with this software (README, FAQ, manpages).

xsane tell me there's no scanner.

I use FC2.

Thanks.
