Hey Janis,

Looks like there are some include files, maybe not all the ones 
you need though.  In libpcap-0.8.3-3.i386.rpm:

/usr/include/net
/usr/include/pcap-bpf.h
/usr/include/pcap-namedb.h
/usr/include/pcap.h

If that's not all of them, everything you need should be in the
src rpm.
