I use rsync, and have through all of FC2Testing including the final
version and seems to work just fine.  Might be something with the
mirror, as I mirror few times during the day and night and no problems
at all.  Try a different mirror (do it manually if have to) and see what
happens.

I use carroll.cac.psu.edu, just rsync rsync://carroll.cac.psu.edu, get
the module name you want, then see what happens.
