About PCMCIA not working on some Laptops

For some reason I have ran into several Dell laptops that don't get their PCMCIA slots detected correctly in Fedora Core 2, so in order to fix this in all of the cases I have ran across, just "modprobe yenta_socket" in rc.sysinit and everything seems to work fine after that.
