No, you cannot use that window to write an iso. You
can close it safely. 

Navigate with nautilus to your iso file and
right-click on it. Then select Write to CD... .

If you miss that window, you can always open it from
the Nautilus menu Places->Creator, even if don't have
a blank CD in the unit.
