what has happened to kisdndock? Blimey, it is missing!

Just curious (and in need of pointers) what ISDN controller tools are
*you* using to monitor and turn on/off your ISND modem (taken that you do
have and ISDN modem ;) )? 

The "Network Device Control" thingy could use some sort of docking stuff
or something... Blinking lights at least!
