Hi I have just installed Fedora Core 2 in a Compaq Presario 1722. The
gnome battery applet shows whehter the AC power cord is plugged or not,
but It doesn't detect the battery. It is a very annoying situation as
far as cat /proc/acpi/battery/***/status works fine it detects all and
shows me information.

Any suggestion would be really appreciated.
