Hello;
  are you sure that your computer meets the minimum requirements for
Fedora?

CPU:
 Pentium or better

Memory:
 Minimum for text-mode: 64MB
 Minimum for graphical: 192MB
 Recommended for graphical: 256MB

Disk: 
 Custom Installation (Minimal): 620MB
 Server: 1.1GB
 Personal Desktop: 2.3GB
 Workstation: 3.0GB
 Custom Installation (Everything): 6.9GB

Certain hardware configurations (particularly those with LCD displays)
may experience problems while starting the Fedora Core installation
program. In these instances, restart the installation, and add the
"nofb" option to the boot command line.

Try "linux text" to see if its a graphics card problem.
