Fedora comes by default with cups, so install it. Maybe you will have to
manually delete misleading links in /etc/alternatives/ afterwards.

$ la /etc/alternatives/print*
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 17  8. Nov 2003  /etc/alternatives/print ->
/usr/bin/lpr.cups
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 20  8. Nov 2003  /etc/alternatives/print-cancel
-> /usr/bin/cancel.cups
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 36  8. Nov 2003
/etc/alternatives/print-cancelman ->
/usr/share/man/man1/cancel-cups.1.gz
...

$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/lpr.cups
cups-1.1.19-13
