Does that mean you can reach the target host which shall get Fedora just
across network? Then it would be a more complex process of
bootstrapping. 

If you just ask for network install method and you have physical access
to the machine, then either boot with the floppy disk (you can get the
image files from any FC1 mirror server) or boot with the boot.iso image
(too in the images folder in the servers) previously written on CD.
Choose network install method after bootup.
