I personally like the web site http://www.qmailrocks.org/ here you can find a tutorial which explains you howto install qmail under RedHat, Fedora, FreeBSD, and other OS, with squirrelmail, spamassassin and clamav and all diferent paquets which allows you to get a very good installation of qmail.
