Problems with the printer configuration after reboot.

HI,

I run fedora 2.4.22-1.2174.nptlsmp. All my printers are remote
printers. The printer configuration doesn't survive a reboot.
After a reboot I have to rerun rehat-config-printer script.
Is there any way of turning off the creation of new printer
configuration upon reboot?

thanks

Shoshana
