Hi all,

I just installed a FC1 on a NEC Express 5800 / TM1200
Below appears the complete hardware description.
The installation completed just fine (I try both, from CD and HTTP) but
the problems started upon reboot.
The system booted Ok and I performed a yum update to the las updates
released ... To this point ... all Ok ...
The system was configured to accept XDMCP logins from the local network
(using X -query and/or Xnest -query) ... and here appeared all the
problems.
When I logged in remotely into a gnome/kde/icewm session form other
host, at some random time the system juts reboots !!! without any
message in any log file (messages, XFree86*, etc) ... the system simply
restarts again ... sometimes without doing anything from the remote
session !!!.
I've tried various NIC's (various models/vendors) without any change in
the system behavior.
The system BIOS has the ACPI functions disabled.
As said, the system configuration is:

NEC Express 5800 / TM 1200
I can't find any brand name on the mainboard but the model is 694D Pro
Ver: 1.0
Is a dual PIII (socket 370) capable main with one PIII @ 866MHz
installed and 768 MbRAM (PC133)
Uses VIA Technologies chipset (see sample lspci below).
The configuration is completed with 2 Adaptec AHA-2940UW SCSI
controllers (BIOS version 1.32) with one Seagate 18 Gb hard disk each,
installed in a RAID-1 config.
The video controller is server class (only 8Mb video RAM) Nvidia Riva
TNT2 and, the ethernet card is an Intel EtherExpress Pro 100.

Any clue on the way to debug this will be very appreciated ... I have 4
of this system and need to use Fedora as a corporative policy.
Thank you all in advance.
