I managed to get cdfs-2.6.3 to work for me. 2.4.20 didn't really work. 
if the 2.4 or 2.6 is anything to go by, by that they reference the 
kernel used, then _no_wonder_ I'm using 2.6.3 kernel

Hey.. Now I can copy my VCD as Files!!! :) Thanks for the Tip.
