I went to http://rpm.pbone.net and did a search on libgal. Here's the list of mirrors it found for the src.rpm :

I need the devel headers for that - and they don't seem to be in either up2date or yum repositories that I know of. They have the libgal2 of that version (which current FC2T1 evolution wants) but the devel headers are from an older version.
