Thanks. I've just seen that XFree86 4.3.0 contain a buggy i810 driver. Am
now downloading 4.4.0.

Please read your /var/log/XFree.0.log file. It is generated every time X
is started. I am sure you will find there very useful information what
happens. From your config I see you are using i810, this chipset/driver
has some problems with resolution and frequency settings. Should be
occur in the log file.
