fluxbox and Xfce

Hello,

I'm yet another newb, trying to get things to work. I have a Fedora Core 1 box, and I seem to have things working ok. I would like, however, to use a lighter GUI as both gnome and kde seem a little heavy. I have downloaded and installed fluxbox and Xfce. I managed to get fluxbox into the sessions menu, and It works, but none of the applications are in it's menu, and I have no Idea how to add them. So it is there, and looks nice, but is kind of useless. How do I get all the applications I have in kde to show up? I have not managed to get Xfce into the sessions menu. I would like to try it so any advice on how to get that up and running would be great.

Thanks,

Craig
