Rather than including lvm and other fs drivers/binaries with each
mkinitrd install, why not let mkinitrd deal with the necessary logic to
determine if appropriate fs tools are installed.  Does mkinitrd also
depend on vfs, xfs, reiserfs, and other fs types, not to mention scsi,
raid, etc, etc.
