Do you have Apache installed on the machine that is current?  

mkdir /var/www/html/fedora-updates
mv /var/spool/up2date/*.rpm  /var/www/html/fedora-updates
yum-arch /var/www/html/fedora-updates

Then add this to the /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources on outdated systems:
  yum fedora-updates http://currentmachine/fedora-updates
