yum freshrpms-stable
http://ayo.freshrpms.net/fedora/linux/1/i386/freshrpms/

All 3 entries are each one line in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources for use
with up2date. First one is for FC1 core, second for FC1 updates, third
for freshrpms RPMs.
