It works for me, Bevan. I used left ALT, then clicked smack dab in the center of the window. Bang! Popped to the top.
Aha! You're activating the "move window" shortcut from 'Window Preferences". I'd changed mine from the default Alt to the otherwise pointless windows logo key, which is why it wasn't working.
Excellent... this is probably an acceptable workaround for the users.
