Hi, Thanks for those who respond my questions. It turns out that when upgrading RH9 to Fedora, the config file for boot loader is not updated correctly. I used LILO in RH9, and after updating /etc/lilo.conf is all messed up. No kernel and initrd is defined. So some "striped-down" kernel is load in and causing this problem.
