As far as Linux is concerned how is you disk setup:
/boot = /dev/hda2
/  = /dev/hda3
/swap = /dev/hda4

It's trying to mount /initrd as a partition? If you see "/initrd" in
/etc/fstab and it's pointing to a partition that doesn't exist comment it
out "#".
