[root@fastcat agreen]# rpm -q --whatprovides  libglib-2.0.so.0
glib2-2.2.3-1.1

check you have it installed, I guess

[root@fastcat agreen]# ll /usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so*
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           22 Jan  1 21:21 
/usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so -> libglib-2.0.so.0.200.3
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           22 Oct 13 11:41 
/usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0 -> libglib-2.0.so.0.200.3
- -rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root       431128 Aug 26 21:13 
/usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0.200.3

Check its readable and executable

Maybe run ldconfig as root
