Greetings all,

I purchased a Creative Labs Webcam Notebook (USB) on a whim and I'd
like to see if I can get it working under Fedora (running all latest
patches / 2.4.22-1.2140 kernel). I've Googled, tried gnome-meeting
(which errors on /dev/video0 and /dev/video1) and checked the LDP
HOWTOs with no luck.

I would appreciate any help or advice on making the camera work (if it
can).

dmesg reports (usb relevant only):

usb.c: registered new driver hiddev
usb.c: registered new driver hid
usb.c: USB device 2 (vend/prod 0x572/0x41) is not claimed by any
active driver.

# cat /proc/bus/usb/devices gives:

Which I don't know how to interpret.

Creative labs "spec" page (no chipset info):

Ideally, I would like to do some or all of the following, if possible:

~ 1. Capture images (still) from the camera
~ 2. Use the camera for video conferencing (in Gnome Meeting or
something similar)

Thanks all.
