You may want to check out Tom Eastep's shorewall product http://www.shorewall.net. While it would probably take you less time to write this specific rule than to install and configure shorewall, if you ever want to do anything similar in the future, this makes iptables it a breeze. I've used it at work for some crazy routing/firewalling scenarios for 3 years and it's worked flawlessly.
