Please try:

	http://dag.wieers.com/packages/kernel-module-airo_mpi/

And then use redhat-config-network to configure it. I've been hapily
using it on my T30 without major problems. If you add the apt/yum
repository you can simply fetch the kernel-module-airo_mpi package for
your kernel.

You could also try out the Cisco driver (which doesn't work with
redhat-config-network) but with the acu (Cisco's Aironet Config Utility).

I would recommend the first one and only do the second one if you'd like
to use Cisco's utility for some reason.

Kind regards,
