Situation:


Box A (/dev/ttyUSB0) -> usb2Serial dongle -> serial2rj45 ->
-> rj45 direct cable -> slot1OfXem -> Box B (/dev/ttyD000)

Changing the rj45 direct cable into a crossed cable solves nothing, so I
guess that the problem is on the serial2rj45 adaptor.

I might have completely confused my self with what pins go where on the
serial2rj45 adapter :|
