It's not my question, but how about:
192.168.2.5 is the name server for 192.168.1.0 and 192.168.2.0. 
192.168.2.5 is also the gateway for 192.168.0.0.  So 192.168.0.0 can get
non-192.168.0.0 names from the isp DNS, the other names come from
192.168.2.5 using bind.
