I don't know for sure why the rpm installation crashes. It crashed for
me too. I installed the PGP key with which webmin rpm package is signed
and the package started installing. Follow the steps on the download
page and install the key.

But after that it hung during the postinstall of the RPM package. I
tried 2 times both times it hung at the same point. Finally to see what
the problem was i did rpm -ivv webmin*.rpm and lo and behold the bugger
installed perfectly. At the moment it is installed and working
perfectly.
