Huh? They're in all the usual places. Fedora.us, freshrpms, ATrpms, Dag's repo .. you name it.
All of the fedora mirrors like mirrors.kernel.org. Seem to have completely changed, and I find no sign the apt respositories on them.
So it would appear that kernel.org and others are now mirroring fedora.redhat.com which doesn't have the apt repository.
