I installed this
kernel-module-nvidia-driver-2.4.22-1.2115.nptl-1.0.4496-0.fdr.8.i686.rpm
with no problems but when I tried to install this
nvidia-glx-1.0.4496-0.fdr.8.i686.rpm

I get

 rpm -i nvidia-glx-1.0.4496-0.fdr.8.i686.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        kernel-smp-module-nvidia-driver = 0:1.0.4496-0.fdr.8 is needed
by nvidia-glx-1.0.4496-0.fdr.8

According to the readme at referneced URL I should use the glx file and
either smp or the standard kernel module but not both.

Any help please?
