Where did that idea come from?  The kerberos from RH9 and Fedora are
different, undo that.

Copying the files doesn't update the RPM database.

Rebuild that package so it gets linked against your installed libraries
(after you get rid of the ones you copied from RH9).  Or bug whoever you
got it from to do it for you.
