then I updated these versions to wxGTK-2.4.2 and wxGTK-devel-2.4.2 and that is when it stopped working.

The first build I made for Fedora 1 had unicode enabled and made audacity and xmule's build fail. I had a report that without unicode, audacity then succeeded in building. Matthias
