That's not a bug. If you have mailed me, I will have certainly pointed
you to ATrpms' installation instructions or the man page of apt/yum
to check about apt-get dist-upgrade/yum upgrade.

On the other side of the equation there are several thousands of
_concurrent_ users of
atrpms/freshrpms/newrpms/dag/jpackage/planetccrma/vlugnet/kde-redhat
etc that manage to get along fine. So I guess they have a different
karma ;)

Oh, yes, coordination could be far better than it is now, no doubt!
