All the enterprise SRPMS are available from this warez site:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/enterprise/3/en/os/i386/SRPMS

Thanks to the cool hackers who got those packages out to us.

And in all seriousness:
1) The GPL is about free "as in speech", not free "as in beer."
2) RHEL software has to be subject to the GPL because it's distributed
with software that is GPL.
