Not true with the k3b version from http://rpm.livna.org, where mp3
support is available as a k3b-mp3 plug-in package. The packages
are in "pending" repository, though, until they are verified:

http://rpm.livna.org/pending/fedora/1/i386/RPMS.unstable/

(not sure why "unstable"...;)
