Edit /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources, e.g.:

yum fedora-core-1
ftp://ftp.join.uni-muenster.de/pub/linux/distributions/fedora/linux/core/1/i386/os yum updates-released
ftp://ftp.join.uni-muenster.de/pub/linux/distributions/fedora/linux/core/updates/1/i386
#yum updates-testing
ftp://ftp.join.uni-muenster.de/pub/linux/distributions/fedora/linux/core/updates/testing/1/i386
(should be 3 lines, not 6)

for more mirrors see http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html

Enjoy
