IF the kernel-source was corrupt, it has been fixed since 9am Eastern US.

[whooper@butters i386]$ rpm -qa kernel-source
kernel-source-2.4.22-1.2129.nptl
[whooper@butters i386]$ rpm -K kernel-source-2.4.22-1.2129.nptl.i386.rpm
kernel-source-2.4.22-1.2129.nptl.i386.rpm: (sha1) dsa sha1 md5 gpg OK
[whooper@butters i386]$

Downloaded with wget.
